Connections_at was formed in 2025 as a result of a successful exhibition of 9 artists showing in a Grade 1 listed barn in the South Downs National Park (Pump Barn at Seven Sisters Country Park). Calling it Connections is intentional as in some way we are all connected. I enjoy bringing folk together and organising beautiful spaces for peo

I have found that the Marine Workshops (BN9 Studios) in Newhaven, East Sussex is a fantastic space in which to exhibit our creations
The space is really well equipped, supported by the likes of Towner in Eastbourne and Lewes District Council.
The space offered provides access to any folk who wish to engage with our work.

Even better Mamoosh Bakery now have their cafe on-site and in the Summer Months there is a pop up, just along the riverside walk

I love that we are a loosely gathered yet connected group who exhibit together.
Each time I organise a new exhibition we have some familiar faces and some new folk with us.
What works so well is that we are able to show our work in such a way that viewers see a variety of genres in a light, bright space.

I love being part of different collectives, but for me, Connections_at is here to provide a service that also encourages newer career artists as well to participate.
